Tenant Rights Pest Control Ontario: What Landlords Must Do

A tenant spots droppings behind the stove, sends a message to the landlord, and gets told to buy traps. Another wakes up with suspicious marks and worries that reporting bed bugs will lead to a treatment bill. Both situations raise the same questions: who must act, who pays, and what proof matters if the landlord […]

Squirrel Removal Cost in the GTA: A 2026 Price Guide

A typical GTA squirrel removal cost runs roughly $300 to $600 for the basic eviction, with full exclusion and attic restoration commonly pushing a homeowner's total to $1,500 to $8,700. That gap explains the confusion on most phone calls. One household hears a price for getting an animal out, another receives a price for keeping […]

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mohammed and his team are consummate professionals. We had Rocky Raccoon set up house/home under our cedar deck. He was able to humanely trap the critter overnight with just a can of tuna. He came back to relocate the feisty fellow. I secured the lattice and wished him well. Thanks to Vanish Pest Control, our problem disappeared!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend Vanish for any mice or rat infestation. Their prices are competitive and they get the problem under control quickly. I used Vanish after a “big name” exterminator failed to solve the problem after several weeks of trying different things. No regrets.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Vanish were able to solve our squirrel nest issue in our soffit. They installed a one way trap door until the nest was empty and then came back to remove it and seal up the area. Communication was prompt but then the tech was delayed with other jobs that kept us waiting. Overall I would say that they know what they are doing and get the job done. May be best to schedule appointments first thing in the day if schedule is important to you.
